If you want to come with other members of your family or with your friends, we will arrange your stay here but the price of the trip for the others will be different from the one mentioned. This is a great chance to compare all opportunities in an informative and professional manner. We will show you around the local area and the properties of your choice and this can be as long or as short as you wish and you will get the opportunity to ask our representatives any questions/concerns that you may have. After the viewings you are free to explore the country and regions as you choose.

Individual Inspection trips:
For our clients who are keen to take an inspection trip to Bulgaria we endeavor to ensure that all trips are focused around you (the client) with an itinerary to match your needs. We purposely try to move away from the group viewing trips currently on offer by most agents. We will show you around the local area and the property/s of your choice and this can be as long or as short as you wish and you will get the opportunity to ask our representatives any questions/concerns that you may have. This method has several advantages listed below:

1. The client feels in control and is not pressurized in any way.
2. The client also gets to arrange their trip around their lifestyle, perhaps combining a holiday with property viewings?
3. The client can explore the country and area after the viewing trip without having a representative standing over them to ensure they don't look at something they don't want them to see!

- COST OF TRANSPORT: The viewing trips are free of charge. The only charge applied is the petrol cost, that is 0,20 EUR per kilometer. If you purchase a property through our company you are not supposed to pay the petrol cost (the cost of 0,20 EUR is due to be paid only if you don't buy any property from us).
